No. The build is a one off cost, split into a deposit and a balance on launch. Hosting on the setup we use is usually free or a few pounds a month, and it is in your name, not ours.
Ask, and you get a price for that piece of work. There is no retainer and no minimum term. Plenty of clients come back twice a year, some never need to.
Yes. Roughly half the work is London and the rest is spread across the south. Filming is the only part that needs us in the room.
You do. The code, the domain, and the hosting account are all in your name from launch. If you ever want to move it or hand it to somebody else, nothing is locked.
