What was wrong
A Gas Safe firm established in 1992 that keeps the heating running at the Sondheim Theatre and Eastbourne Hospital, and looked online like a one van operation.
How we read the brand
Boiler buyers get quoted by three companies and pick on price and speed, so the site puts the price first. Six branches, one for each thing they do, and each one prices itself on screen in under a minute. Deep charcoal with a heat orange, and a live flow temperature detail running down the edge of the page, so a heating engineer's site actually looks like heating.
What it does now
A visitor picks new boiler, breakdown, service, heat pump, bathroom, or commercial, and gets a real range immediately. The commercial and landlord enquiries route separately from the domestic ones, so the valuable jobs are not sitting in the same inbox as a dripping tap.
